Opening Notice: Merit Scholarship for Doctoral Students in Psychology 2025/2026

The School of Social Sciences and Humanities (ECSH) and the Centre for Psychological Research and Social Intervention (CIS-Iscte) open a call for one (1) Merit Scholarship for students enrolled for the first time in the 1st year of the Iscte Doctoral Program in Psychology for the academic year 2025/2026.

If you are interested in developing a research project in Psychology, do not miss this funding opportunity. This merit scholarship is awarded annually, renewable for a maximum period of 4 years. The amount and components of the scholarship are set in accordance with article 18 of the Regulations for Awarding Scholarships to 3rd Cycle Students at Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.

The submission of applications for the merit scholarship will open from September 3 to September 18, 2025. Information on the application submission platform and the evaluation criteria will be published before the call opens on our website.
