Podcast Psicologia EntreCampus - Episode 2

Exams, presentations, and hours of studying: university life is full of demands and stressors that can put our emotions to the test. Can a sense of belonging and active participation in university life, beyond classes and academic performance, foster integration and well-being? Do relationships and a sense of belonging at university make a difference in our day-to-day lives?
In this episode, we explore the main challenges of adapting to university life and the barriers to accessing psychological support. We also discuss how to find our place within the university community and develop strategies for better adaptation and emotional well-being. What resources are available on campus, from student associations to relationships and activities that will stay with us long after our university years?
In the second episode, Carla Moleiro discusses “University Life: Relationships Beyond Exams, with Marco Andrade.”
This podcast is the result of the BeWell project, co-coordinated by two Iscte-IUL research units, CIS-Iscte and CIES-Iscte, with the support of Bruá.
