Applications with CIS-Iscte as the host institution

CIS-Iscte, Centre of excellence for Psychological Research and Social Intervention, is accepting expressions of interest from candidates interested in applying for the Individual Call to Scientific Employment Stimulus (CEEC) - 7th Edition, launched by the Portuguese Science and Technology Foundation (FCT).
Candidates interested in applying with CIS-Iscte as their host institution need to send an application to CIS-Iscte, aligned with one of the domains of its Research Groups: BEC (Behavior, Emotion and Cognition) / CED (Community, Education and Development) / H4A (Health for All: a psychosocial approach to health) / PsyChange (Psychology of societal change)
Expressions of interest should be sent by email to sara_costa_fernandes@iscte-iul.pt until October 15, 2024. The Subject of the email should be ‘Scientific Employment Stimulus 2024’ and the application needs to include in Englisht language:
Research Career Level (Junior Researcher | Assistant Researcher);
Curriculum Vitae;
Title, Summary of the Project and short Work Plan (maximum 2 pages);
Motivation letter indicating the strategic alignment with the mission of CIS-Iscte and one of the Research Groups of CIS-Iscte within which the work plan is to be developed, highlighting possible relevance and expected impacts.
CIS-Iscte decision to accept the applications will be announced by email until October 25.

FCT informs that the notice of the opening of the 7th edition of the Stimulus for Scientific Employment (CEEC Individual)Â has been published. Applications will be accepted 30 from September 30, 2024 (starting 15:00 or 3:00 PM, Lisbon time) to November 29, 2024 (until 17:00 or 5:00 PM, Lisbon time).
This call provides for the hiring of 400 doctoral researchers under the Scientific Employment Regulation (REC). CEEC Individual annually supports the hiring of doctoral researchers in all scientific areas who wish to carry out scientific research or technological development in Portugal in the institutions that make up the National System of Science and Technology (SNCT).
