The TSI multi-country project “Raising the quality of early childhood education and care by strengthening governance, monitoring and evaluation" (in Bulgaria and Portugal), mets on June 26 at Iscte-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa for its closing event.


The implementation of this project was coordinated by UNICEF and the European Commission, and the internal project for supporting UNICEF was coordinated by Professor Cecília Aguiar at the CIS – Centre for Social Research and Intervention.
