According to the projects' proposal summary, the digital transformation and increasing global networking in pair with the current environmental challenges urge changes in society in general and working world in particular. Overcoming these challenges will require transformation processes for sustainable leadership. Hence, the aim of this Joint Master is to qualify future professionals with a distinct transculturally oriented socio-psychological perspective that can systematically integrate the diverse levels of (inter-)national, organizational, and disciplinary cultures involved in responding to the complexity and the psychosocial impacts of the transformation processes of the organizations and their involved actors.
