Recruitment for Science Management (Técnico/a Superior)

Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa is seeking to hire a Senior Technician (Técnico/a Superior) for the Center for Psychological Research and Social Intervention (CIS-Iscte) under a permanent individual employment contract - Ref. 14/2026.

The duties to be performed fall within the scope of doctoral program management and science management, specifically:

• Provide assistance, guidance, and technical support to students, faculty, and the administration;

• Promote and support scientific and academic activities;

• Assist students, faculty, and guests with curricular activities, including registration and monitoring on the respective platforms;

• Managing the financial aspects of the programs and research funding allocations on the respective IT platforms;

• Supporting evaluation and accreditation processes, the preparation of applications for external funding, and coordination with funding agencies;

• Prepare the launch of calls for proposals and application procedures for programs and scholarships and support the application selection process;

• Support the CIS-Iscte science management team, specifically: support for project applications; technical and budgetary monitoring, financial management and execution; organization of scientific events; launch of calls for proposals and competitive procedures, as well as support for research teams.
