The Centre for Psychological Research and Social Intervention (CIS) of Iscte – University Institute of Lisbon opens an international selection call for one (1) position of Initial Level PhD Researcher (R2), in the scientific area of Psychological Sciences, awarded under the project "POWERUP - Promoting Opportunities for Wide-scale Energy Renewal: Unlocking Potential", G.A. ref. 101235894, funded by the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA), European Commission.
Scientific area: Psychological Sciences
The research position will focus on the design, collection and analysis of data, reports, scientific publications, communications, dissemination activities and other tasks as required under the work packages 1-9 of the POWERUP project. The candidate should hold a PhD in Social Sciences and Humanities (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Human Geography, Anthropology). The candidate should have knowledge of Portuguese and mastery of written and spoken English, as well as proven research experience in the thematic area in the competition, namely: have at least one (1) scientific article or book chapter published and indexed in WOS/ISI or SCOPUS in the disciplinary and thematic areas identified above, written in English; and have participated as a researcher in at least one (1) research project in the disciplinary and thematic areas identified above.
The hiring is made in the form of an employment contract with an uncertain term under the Labour Code, and may not exceed a maximum of 4 (four) years. All details can be found in the opening notice available for download on the recruitment platform.
