Team of the FYI-R project meets in Italy for a workshop

The team of the Future Youth Information for Rural areas project (FYI-R, project IG18213), an initiative funded through a COST Innovators Grant (COST Association), met in Cremona, Italy for a workshop in June, 2025. The workshop was attended by 30 participants, including representatives of various youth associations operating in rural areas.

The project, coordinated by Francisco Simões (CIS-Iscte), aims to create a prospective analysis tool focused on demographic trends associated with young people in rural areas. The use of this tool will help co-create more efficient public services and a new generation of public policies for rural areas across Europe.
