Open call: Expression of interest for FCT Doctoral grants 2025

CIS-Iscte

The Centre for Psychological Research and Social Intervention (CIS-Iscte) is open to supporting applications in the Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia, I.P. (FCT)'s 2025 call for PhD Studentships. FCT's 2025 Call for PhD Studentships have a general funding line and a specific line for non-academic environments, both with applications running from March 17 until April 16, 5 pm (Lisbon time).

CIS-Iscte is a Psychology Research Unit rated Excellent by the FCT (2019) and is available to receive applications for PhD projects in Psychology at Iscte-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. Our research unit is the host institution for the Iscte's Doctoral Program in Psychology, with applications now open. You can find more information about this Doctoral Program, including how to apply, here.

A new feature in this edition of the FCT Call is the obligation to indicate a contracting institution (which can be an academic host institution or the institution that will confer the degree) which will then have to validate the candidates who designate it as their contracting institution.

We ask all those interested in submitting an application with CIS-Iscte as the academic host institution to first express their interest by filling in the following form until March 30: https://forms.office.com/e/ySEEE4bnFP

If you have any questions or need help in the application process, please contact phd.psychology@iscte-iul.pt
