III Encontro Municipal ADN SOCIOEMOCIONAL das Escolas de Sintra

The Center for Psychological Research and Social Intervention (CIS-Iscte) is participating in the III Encontro Municipal ADN SOCIOEMOCIONAL das Escolas de Sintra, which will take place on January 21, at 9:30 a.m., at the Olga Cadaval Cultural Center in Sintra.

Organized by the Sintra City Council, as part of the Socioemotional DNA 2.0 project, the meeting brings together teachers, technicians, researchers, and students with the aim of sharing and reflecting on educational practices that promote the development of social and emotional skills in a school context. This project is the result of a collaboration agreement signed in 2023 between the Ministry of Education, the Municipality of Sintra, the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, and Iscte (through CIS-Iscte), and its conclusion will be marked at this meeting.

In addition to the participation of researchers Joana Alexandre, Catarina Castro, and Carla Colaço, the program includes representatives from various institutions, including the Sintra City Council, the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, Iscte, and the Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation.
