OVER-SEES meets in Lisbon for a pioneering workshop

The Center for Psychological Research and Social Intervention (CIS-Iscte) welcomed the first OVER-SEES Project Change Lab, a pioneering workshop that aimed to strengthening integrated governance models for more innovative Vocational Education and Training (VET) systems across European islands.

The project team organized two intensive days, gathering delegations from the Azores, Ireland, Greece, and Italy at Iscte-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, in Lisbon, to launch this collaborative journey. Within this Change Lab, participants worked together to identify common ground and advance recommendations that will help shape more innovative and effective VET ecosystems tailored to the realities of their insular territories.

Franciso Simões, leader of the OVER-SEES consortium, stated that "this initiative created a shared space for exchanging experiences, challenges, and good practices."
