The final conference of KidLe - Playing for inclusion: Developing an intercultural game as a pedagogic tool for the inclusion of pupils with migrant bacKground in new Learning environments will take place on November 21, 2025, at Mundo Madou, Avenue des Arts 7/8, Brussels, from 13:30 to 17:30 (Lisbon time: 12:30-16:30). The event is dedicated to "Unlocking inclusive classrooms through play". The event will be transmitted online.

The goal of KidLe, an Erasmus+ funded project (Project Number: 2023-1-PT01-KA220-SCH-000154686), was to support the inclusion of migrant pupils in new school environments through the engaging and educational medium of intercultural board games. The project partners developed five unique board games, each co-created with the help of parents, children, and teachers across different countries. These games will be bundled into a comprehensive gaming pack, available both digitally and in multiple languages.
Join the project team in Brussels to discuss how intercultural, play-based learning tools can support inclusive education for pupils with migrant backgrounds. The event will bring together educators, researchers, NGOs, and policymakers from across Europe to share practices, test the KidLe board games, and reflect on the future of participatory education.
Open to teachers, school leaders, civil society, researchers, and youth actors, the event will consist of the game demonstration, a roundtable, and a networking session. The program of the event can be found below (note: time presented is for Central Europe timezone). Registrations in the event are free, but mandatory: https://lnkd.in/e5i9548A
