Short bio

Marta Matos is a collaborating researcher at CIS-Iscte. Interested in translating evidence-based knowledge into care practices, she explores the dynamics of receiving social support for functional autonomy among older adults with chronic pain; and understanding the experiences of both caregivers, with the aim of discovering psychosocial factors that influence the quality of life of the caregiver and the older adult.
