Policy Brief SUGAR Project


The project SUGAR - Reducing sugar intake Individual and contextual determinants of sugar perceptionand consumption, coordenated by researchers Marília Prada and Margarida V. Garrido used different methodologies to examie individual (e.g., knowledge; attitudes) and contextual (e.g., products' labeling) factors underlying the perception and consumption of different types of high-sugar processed foods.
