Mafalda Esteves is currently PhD student in the PhD Programme in Psychology of ISCTE-IUL where her works is focused on: "Invisible sexualties: Intimate citizenship and psychosocial well-being in Bisexuality". She is also, research manager in the project "INTIMATE — Citizenship, Care and Choice: The Micropolitics of Intimacy in Southern Europe".

Andrea Fontes is a Phd student in Organizational Psychology in ISCTE. She holds two Bachelors and two Master degrees in Management and Psychology respectively. Her Phd project aims to explore the effects of coaching in organizational contexts, specifically the outcomes of coaching as a developmental intervention implemented in organizations to improve individual attitudes and behaviors.

Carla Branco received her Master degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from ISCTE-IUL. Currently, she is a Ph.D. student at Lisbon Ph.D. Social Psychology program (LiSP). She studies the impact of social and socio-psychological determinants on the health and well-being of disabled people, namely, the role of intergroup contact and social identification.

Carla Moleiro received her Ph.D in Clinical Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, USA, in 2003. She had post-graduate training as a psychotherapist at the Portuguese Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapies. She is the president of the Portuguese Association of Transcultural Psychology and Psychiatry.

Research interests in the health and well-being promotion and adherence to health behaviors, namely those related to healthy eating; health risk communication and chronic diseases prevention, such as cancer.

Deborah Dahab is a PhD candidate in Social Psychology under the Lisp consortium. She holds a master degree in Psychology of Intercultural Relations (ISCTE-IUL) and a MBA (IESE). Her PhD project aims to explore the psychological and social-cultural adaptation outcomes of International Retired Migrants in Portugal.
